Falcons name Zac Robinson and Jimmy Lake as new coordinators.

Zac Robinson and Jimmy Lake are accompanying Raheem Morris from the Los Angeles Rams to the Atlanta Falcons.

On Monday, the Falcons introduced Robinson as their new offensive coordinator and Lake as their future defensive coordinator.

Atlanta also announced the retention of Marquice Williams as special teams coordinator.

Morris was the Rams' defensive coordinator for the last three seasons before being appointed the Falcons' next head coach last Thursday.

Robinson, 37, worked with Morris in Los Angeles for all three years. He joined the Rams as an assistant quarterbacks coach in 2019, then moved to assistant receivers coach in 2020 before returning to assistant quarterbacks coach in 2021.

In 2022, Los Angeles elevated him to passing game coordinator and quarterback coach.

Lake, 47, served as the University of Washington's head coach in 2020 and 2021 before being fired before the end of his second season.

He joined the Rams as an assistant head coach in 2023 and has previously coached defence at the collegiate and NFL levels.
