Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrate the AFC championship victory.

Travis Kelce and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, celebrated the Chiefs' AFC title on the field Sunday night. Swift had never played alongside Kelce before.

The two exchanged numerous hugs and kisses as they celebrated the Chiefs' 17-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens.

Swift was in the spotlight during the Chiefs' 17-10 victory in the AFC Championship Game and their postgame celebration.

Swift is perhaps the world's biggest performer, and her relationship with Kelce has become one of the most talked-about stories this NFL season.

After the Chiefs won the game, Swift went to the field at M&T Bank Stadium to congratulate her boyfriend, who was mobbed by teammates and cameras.

The pop diva kissed the Chiefs' tight end as they celebrated their great win. 

Donna and Ed Kelce, his parents, joined the couple in celebrating their victory.

In Sunday’s game, Kelce had 11 catches for 116 yards and a touchdown.  

Meaning he officially passed San Francisco 49ers Hall of Famer Jerry Rice for the most postseason catches in NFL history.

The 12-time Grammy winner picks up her Eras Tour in Tokyo the week of the Super Bowl, so time will tell if she will make the trip to Las Vegas.
