If you haven't gone on the chia seed train yet, let me try to persuade you. Chia seeds are one of the most beneficial foods you can incorporate into your diet.

As I was thinking about this recipe, I realized that by adding quinoa, I was not only adding extra protein to the meal, but also shifting it from dessert
